Job Duties
As a Customer Service Representative, youwill:
· Communicate with customers to update files and facilitate claims, renewals, and policy changes with precision and care.
· Track and manage customer renewals to enhance retention and streamline processes.
· Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure our customers have the best coverage at the best rates, because anything less just won't cut it.
· Guide our customers through the maze of insurance options with expert advice and personalized recommendations.
· Be the first point of contact for new claims, providing clarity and support every step of the way.
· Put the customer first, all while assisting the Personal Lines team in delivering on their Key Performance Targets.
· Champion our brand and business values as an ambassador for Munn Insurance, spreading positivity and promoting excellence to all stakeholders.
· Be an active and positive contributor to our fantastic culture, which is focused on teamwork, service excellence, innovation, initiative, community, and fun, which helps make Munn Insurance a great place to work.
· And, of course, other duties as required.
