The Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $36,400.00-$41,080.00 per year

The Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Be the face and the voice of the company, providing detailed information about products, services, pricing, and terms to prospects
- Ensure that prospects have all the necessary information to make informed decisions
- Provide product/service demonstrations when applicable
- Showcase the value and benefits of the product or service
- Record all interactions and progress with prospects in the CRM system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect information and activity
- Conduct timely follow-ups to keep prospects engaged and move them through the sales funnel
- Send follow-up emails, make reminder calls, or schedule further meetings
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Preferred prior experience in customer service, sales, communications, or a related field
- Positive and professional attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full-time availability
- Willingness to travel to our office for work every day
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
