We work closely with clients and their creditors to create a path toward financial stability.
As a full time Client Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our clients enrolled in a Debt Management Program. Your role will involve listening to clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the process of becoming debt free. You will also serve as a liaison between clients and creditors, ensuring effective communication and a smooth resolution of financial issues. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, professional customer focused service to clients throughout the duration of their Debt Management Program.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and creditors, facilitating communication and negotiation
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Handle client inquiries and follow up with creditors in a timely manner
• Collaborate with credit counsellors and other team members to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications:

• Post secondary education or work-related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database management
• Previous experience in credit or financial services would be considered an asset.
• A passion for helping others and making a positive impact on individuals' financial health
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen and empathize.
• Bilingualism would be an asset (French/English)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively..
• Satisfactory criminal record and credit check

Salary: up to $50,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday. Some early evening work will be required.
