You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and driving client satisfaction. Your expertise in business development and account management will be essential in identifying opportunities for growth and enhancing customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products.
Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of our services.
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their challenges, gather feedback, and provide support.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and analyze data for strategic planning.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly.
Skills
Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Excellent analytical skills to assess client data and derive actionable insights.
High proficiency and familiarity using various software applications including but not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Reflector.
Technically savvy - proficient at computer skills and adopting new software programs and mobile devices
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in sales techniques with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
