WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and client care. Our Client Care Representatives are the driving force of the clinic. They manage the client and patient flow, maintain patient files, provide proper communication, and support the doctors and medical staff as needed. Serving as the first point of contact to pet parents; you'll be able to remain calm in emotional situations, set an example of high-level client care and teamwork. You will work closely with the Client Care team to deliver exceptional patient and client care to ensure all feel welcomed and cared for.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Qualified applicants must be professional, driven, positive and enthusiastic with strong communication skills. They must work well individually, and with a team in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and flexibility are key traits to possess in this role. Prior knowledge of, or the ability to learn, medical terminology and veterinary management software programs is an asset. The ideal candidate values maintaining a collegial working culture and prioritizes embracing the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization. Thorough training is provided to all new team members, with a high majority of skills being learned on the job.

EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous animal handling experience preferred
- Veterinary Receptionist or Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Post secondary education is considered an asset.
CLINIC HOURS: 7:30AM-7:00PM

-Must have evening availability
