Krasniuk Construction is locally owned, and was established in 1974 by Paul Krasniuk in Landmark, MB. Paul started his business in residential foundations and flatwork and in a short period of time, Paul built a reputation of quality and punctuality which organically expanded the company. Today, Paul's two sons,
Richard and Jonathan, have primarily been running the company and have maintained Krasniuk Construction's integrity - dissatisfaction from any of our clients is unacceptable. At Krasniuk Construction, we will always take the time to discuss important details or concerns when identified. Although the origins of our company and our focus during summer is on concrete, our focus briskly
switches over to snow clearing during winter! We have three concrete pump trucks, thirteen company vehicles and five pieces of excavation equipment no older than five years in our fleet.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for men/women have an open mind to learn new processes and procedures. We are looking for people with punctuality, and methodical thought processes and someone who can maintain a professional mindset. We are looking for people who can analyze their surroundings before executing a task to mitigate time loss and damages. Candidates must be confident, focused and efficient with their time at work.
Your salary will be a direct reflection of your work ethic and integrity and there is always room for growth in your income and benefits within the company.
Responsibilities:
Winter: Operating equipment (tandem, skid and loader) to snow clear both residential and commercial lots during winter - attention to detail is imperative! Tandem driver also needed to haul and supply materials to various job sites. Unpredictable hours during winter because we work around snowfall, so we expect you to accommodate what we request, and we will do the same for you.
Summer: Operation equipment (tandem and skid) for concrete projects - attention to detail is imperative! Skid needed for various excavations and tandem is needed to supply and haul away materials to various job sites. 12 hour days are normal during summertime, therefore there is a lot of opportunity for overtime pay!
Qualifications:
We will be putting more emphasis on character than work experience during these interviews. We will work hard to train the candidates who are right for the role.
Work remotely
Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
