Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and safely while managing your own vehicle. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to handle various types of cargo.
Duties
- Operate and manage your own truck to transport goods across designated routes.
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the vehicle to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle loading and unloading of freight, utilizing forklifts or other heavy equipment as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with automotive repair techniques is a plus to ensure vehicle upkeep.
- Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and regulations is essential.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Pay: $90,000.00-$171,585.00 per year
