Jump Recruitment Specialists has partnered with Bogart’s Jewellers in search of a full-time permanent Assistant Manager to join their team, at the Avalon Mall location.
The Assistant Manager will display superior customer service skills, strong leadership ability, and a high level of integrity and work ethic.

The Job:
- Performing sales by assisting consumers to make informed purchasing decisions
- Overseeing daily operations
- Inventory control
- Performing sales and budgeting
- Staff scheduling
- Delegating tasks
- Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
- Provide a positive, unique, and tailored customer service experience
- Flexibility in working day required, includes evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in the jewellery industry preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are required
