Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote or In Office)

We are currently expanding our team and seeking individuals to join us in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate information and assistance to incoming callers.
Effectively assess and gather necessary information to address callers' needs.
Adhere to quality guidelines to consistently deliver excellent service.
Operate efficiently in various computer environments.
Option for remote work post-training, contingent upon meeting standards and having reliable high-speed internet.
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
Display conscientiousness and empathy in customer interactions.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Possess proficient computer skills.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Starting at $18.50 per hour
Expected Hours: 32 – 48 hours per week

Schedule: Includes 8-hour shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus pay
Hours are between 5pm - 2am & overnight
Education and Experience:
Education: Secondary school preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in call center and customer service roles preferred.
