We are looking for an Service advisor to join our team.
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answer phone calls and response emails in timely manner.
• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listening to customers concerns to provide as accurate information possible for Repair Order processing.
• Scheduling appointments for customers.

• Prepare repair order, source required parts using a variety of web based platforms.
• Finalize repair orders and collect payments.
• Arrange follow up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction, reminders and scheduling future appointments.
• Light housekeeping duties to ensure the work area is clean.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $43,650.00 per year
