Responsibilities:
- Perform regular sampling at air quality monitoring stations
- Download continuous monitoring data and perform analyses and reporting of the measurement data
- Liaise with the analytical laboratories providing sample analyses, ensuring analysis and data reporting schedules are being followed.
- Conduct independent analyses, interpretations, and conclusions
- Prepare a variety of environmental reports
- Plan, report and track schedules, stakeholders and budget as part of project management
- Follow established health and safety policies

Qualifications/Education/Memberships:
- Ideally 1 year of experience in in the environmental services industry (previous co-op or internship experience considered)
- Familiarity with air dispersion models, including AERMOD and CALPUFF considered an asset
- Familiar with project management concepts, tools, and controls
- Work well independently including ability to work alone in remote locations and adapt to conditions/resources
- Exposure to other environmental consulting services (i.e. hydrogeology, contaminated sites, risk assessment) is an asset
- Degree or a technical diploma in environmental science, engineering, or related studies is an asset
- Valid driver’s license required for travel to job sites/clients
