Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing expense reports, and assisting with accounts payable tasks. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic accounting environment.
Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely payments
- Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and transactions
- Analyze expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience working as an accounts payable clerk or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Sage 50 Software, Excel, and Sharepoint is a requirement
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of account reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with human resources-related payments is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
