We are looking for a Team Leader Visual Inspection who is dynamic, excellence-driven, and passionate about safety to join our Sterile Manufacturing team based in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
About the role The Team Leader Visual Inspection will play a vital role in supervising visual inspection activities of sterile pharmaceutical products. They will be responsible for leading an autonomous team to achieve short-term (1 to 2 years) key deliverables.
With whom you will work You will closely collaborate with internal teams and act as the key manufacturing representative for the visual inspection department.
What you will do
Supervise and autonomously manage team members to achieve KPIs and function objectives in line with SOPs.
Organize and supervise visual inspection activities of pharmaceutical products to ensure internal customer satisfaction, while adhering to safety, quality, environmental, time, and budgetary standards.
Ensure compliance with legislations, internal quality and safety procedures, compliance, and work instructions.
Encourage team development and foster an excellent team spirit.
Interested? For this role, we are seeking the following education, experience, and skills
Master's Degree
Experience in pharmaceutical product manufacturing and/or in the biopharma industry.
Team management experience.
Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (TPM, 6-Sigma, etc.).
Fluent in English.
