Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- A graduate degree in computer and information systems technology or an equivalent level of qualification or professional accreditation by a related engineering institute or professional body;
- Experience with Amazon AWS cloud environment (IAM, EC2, ALB, Cloud Front, Cloud Formation, WAF, Monitoring, Storage, Cognito);
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers.
- Administering, configuring, and managing AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC;
- Providing Level 2/3 support for AWS-related issues, investigating and resolving operational problems in a timely manner;
- Providing and maintaining virtual machines, storage, and databases on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
