Senior Business Analyst (NL ou FR + ENG)

Role:Senior Business Analyst (NL ou FR + ENG)
Location: Brussels or Melle or Cantersteen
Type: Hybrid (2-3 days on-site per week with possibility of remote work)
Languages: Dutch or French: C2 (Dutch is the most important) + English (C1)

Technical and Soft Skills:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in business process documentation, stakeholder management, and IT project work. This role is crucial in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring that processes are optimized and aligned with strategic objectives. You will engage in end-to-end business analysis, stakeholder communication, and work closely with cross-functional teams on various large-scale projects.

Qualifications:

At least 5-8 years of experience in business process documentation, functional analysis, and IT project work.
Proven experience in stakeholder management, process optimization (BPM), and coordination across multiple business units.
Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and security frameworks
Experience in working within the energy, public transport, finances or IT sectors.
Familiarity with tools like Balsamiq, Bizagi Modeler, and Microsoft Team Foundation.
Solid experience with SQL, Oracle, and web application analysis and testing.
Solid Experience in development of KPIs and business scenarios for system implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Dutch or French: C2 (Dutch is the most important) + English (C1)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis and Documentation - Lead the end-to-end (E2E) analysis of business processes, ensuring detailed documentation and optimization (BPM); Conduct business and functional analysis using relevant techniques (e.g., UML, mockups, BPMN) and tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Bizagi Modeler, Microsoft Team Foundation)
IT Project Involvement - Participate in IT system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that all systems meet business requirements.; Manage system configuration impacts and assist in the transition to new software systems and processes (e.g., IAM, RBAC).
Stakeholder Management - Participate in the development and implementation of IAM guidelines and conduct awareness sessions for stakeholders; Ensure stakeholder involvement at all key stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final delivery.
Project Management Support - Facilitate project activities, from blueprinting through delivery, go-live, and hypercare; Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget requirements while managing cross-functional coordination.
Data Management and System Design - Develop solutions that ensure accessibility, performance, and security, and engage in the design of scalable systems for public applications.
