As a Sales Support Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales efforts by working closely with internal teams to provide essential administrative and technical assistance. Your mission? Challenges we trust you with:
Prepare technical, commercial, and administrative answers to information requests by interacting with the Sales and Marketing Teams, Product Managers, Operations, Maintenance, Regulatory, Legal, and all internal stakeholders to comply with the tender’s request and technical answers. Support the team in all aspects of the Tender Process, from receipt to final submission.
- Answer to Sales Requests (i.e, Budgetary Quote, Upgrades, Tender, RFIs, RFP, general documents):
Support sales requests by preparing kick-off meetings, technical appendices, answering non-standard requests, assessing contract deviations, supporting Quotation Boards, and conducting contract reviews.
- Ensure up-to-date technical descriptions of IBA products and services:
Ensure the information provided to customers is of a high level of quality, updated with the latest technical knowledge of IBA, and aligned with Sales & Marketing strategies.
