We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Belgian Sales team. You have a natural curiosity and a strong passion for digital transformation and sustainable business solutions.
How can you contribute to our future story?
As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for expanding the relationship with existing customers by upselling Billtobox. Your role involves maintaining customer relationships, identifying new needs, and enhancing customer satisfaction through upselling and expanding licenses. Your goal is to help our customers maximize the benefits of our Billtobox solutions and advise them on additional functionalities that can add value to their business operation. You will be responsible for a bigger region in Flandres.
You will play a crucial role in supporting stakeholders and partners in the ongoing expansion of our product portfolio. With an adaptability-focused mindset, you will contribute to the development of Billtobox as a comprehensive one-stop solution for e-invoicing.
What is Billtobox?
From paperwork to digitization in a few clicks : Processing your financial administration has never been easier. In addition to invoices and payments, Billtobox also allows you to easily manage other documents and administrative tasks. Receive all your (e-)invoices directly in Billtobox. Always have a clear overview of all your customers and suppliers and your incoming and outgoing invoices.

- Proactively engage with existing customers
- Acting as a trusted advisor for all our customer’s Billtobox related inquiries
- Follow up on leads within the existing customer base to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Independently manage and nurture client relationships
- Identifying customer needs and effectively communicating these to our product development team in a structured manner
- Ensuring customers satisfaction and alignment with our services
- Strong collaboration with our Customer Onboarding team

We would be happy to see
- Bachelor degree, preferably in a business or technological direction
- No work experience required but with sufficient affinity with the technology sector
- Experience with (accounting) software as a service is a plus but not a requirement
- A proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and achieving commercial targets.
- No real technology expert required but competence to quickly gain insight into fintech technologies
- Solution-oriented and able to make decisions independently
- Strong sense of responsibility and capacity to complete business
- Good organizational skills are a must
- Team player with enthusiastic and ambitious attitude who radiates passion for our solutions
- Good listening skills and a good dose of interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
- You are prepared to come to Ghent or Kontich on a regular basis (once a week, on Monday) to catch up with your colleagues.
