Sales Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager who will further establish the Ethnicraft Brand in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (German-speaking region).
Responsibilities:
The Ethnicraft Group is a dynamic, international company that has been creating authentic, contemporary and timeless furniture for over 25 years. The head offices are located in Boom (Belgium).
You will be part of a flat organization with fast decision making, a motivated team and an open culture that is both informal and direct at the same time.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager who will further establish the Ethnicraft Brand in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (German-speaking region).
Responsibilities:
- Growing existing partnerships
- Conduct market research and analysis to find new business and client opportunities
- Developing new partnerships
- Customer service and after-sales support
- Follow-up of commercial actions
- Visit clients / prospects and actively participate at international trade fairs
- General administration and reporting
- You have a bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree is a plus
- You are fluent in German (oral and written) and have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and/or French
- You have a commercial mindset and enjoy interacting with professional / international customers
- You are willing to travel and participate in fairs
- You have excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills
- You have experience working in a CRM (like Hubspot or Salesforce)
- You are detail-oriented and can work analytically; a strong knowledge of Excel is an asset
- You are flexible, results driven and can easily adapt in a fast-paced environment
- You have a strong interest in interior design, furniture and architecture. Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
