Onze kantoren in Antwerpen, Hasselt en Leuven zijn op zoek naar een spilfiguur die meedenkt, anticipeert en als vertrouwenspersoon wil fungeren voor onze collega’s en voor onze klanten.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Juridische adviesverlening en begeleiding van start-ups en scale-ups, kmo’s, familiebedrijven en aandeelhouders/investeerders op het vlak van het vennootschapsrecht, (her)structureringen, overnames en due diligence opdrachten;
Opstellen van relevante documenten (termsheets, koop-verkoopovereenkomsten, statuten, fusie- en splitsingsvoorstellen, akten, vennootschapsrechtelijke verslaggeving, aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, optieplannen, due diligence rapporten, etc.);
Bijstaan van cliënten in nauw overleg met collega’s van andere competenties binnen Deloitte Private zoals fiscalisten, accountants en het M&A and Finance team;
Kritisch meedenken met betrekking tot de groeiambities en organisatiestructuur van onze cliënten;
Opbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties die ervoor zorgen dat ondernemers en bedrijfsleiders het Corporate M&A team als hun preferred partner kiezen.

Let's talk about you

Je hebt relevante ervaring in het vennootschapsrecht, hetzij in juridische adviesverlening als advocaat, hetzij als legal consultant of bedrijfsjurist met idealiter een brede ervaring binnen de M&A-praktijk;
Je kan op zelfstandige wijze werken en beschikt over een echte ‘can-do-mentaliteit’;
Je bekijkt juridische uitdagingen als opportuniteiten en gaat op zoek naar pragmatische oplossingen waarbij je je kan inleven in de noden van zowel startende ondernemers als gevestigde familiale ondernemingen;
Niet alleen je technische kennis is een troef, jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en commercieel inzicht helpen je om nieuwe of bestaande klantenrelaties op te bouwen en deze op termijn verder te versterken.
