The Learning & Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Development team's initiatives by coordinating and administering various learning and development programs. You are going beyond administrative tasks, being a proactive individual who can contribute to the overall success of Talent Development at Melexis. You have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering employee growth and development.
Your key responsibilities

Program Coordination:
- Coordinate the logistics of learning and development programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation
- Manage the registration process for training programs, ensuring accurate record- keeping and timely communication with participants
- Liaise with internal and external trainers, facilitators, and vendors to ensure smooth program delivery
- Assist in the evaluation of training programs, gathering feedback from participants and analyzing data to measure effectiveness. In the end it is about supporting ROI calculations and helping the organization to measure the value on budget spent on training.
- Together with the Global Talent Development Manager: defining a framework on functional and global training effectiveness.

Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation
- Process invoices and manage the L&D budget, tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with financial and legal procedures.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of L&D communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and program updates
- Support the development and maintenance of the learning management system

- Assist in the research and identification of new training programs and resources
- Provide support in the design and development of training materials and content
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D processes and initiatives
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in the field of learning and development
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Learning & Development support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
