The Operations department is looking for enthusiastic interns: Ticketing & Communication.
Tomorrowland's Operations team focuses on the operational handling of the festival. Ticketing, Crew, Customer Service, Global Journey and communication are some of its core tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support the Ticketing team in preparing ticket sales for all Tomorrowland related events and the Box Office operation. You are helping to follow up on sales, so databases and reporting (in Excel) do not frighten you.
MUST-HAVES
- You’re a student in Communication (management), Event & Project management, Business Management… or any other relevant field of study.
- You’re flexible and prepared to work (very) hard – also outside of regular office hours
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- You have a good knowledge of English, any other languages are a surplus
- You’re a problem solver, you’re strong in time management, you have a sense of responsibility and you can work independently
- You are available for a period of minimum 12 weeks starting from January
