Your responsibilities
- Be part of a project team helping clients defining new value propositions, developing their innovation roadmap, define their sustainability goals and derisking their innovation ideas.
- Support our strategists with managing the project overall preparing & facilitating client workshops
- Support our design researchers on desk research, trend research and qualitative and quantitative consumer research.
- Support our business designers with building financials models & plans
- Embrace our human-centered approach by always putting the customer at the center of your work.
Is this you?
- Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (Economics, Innovation-Management, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Marketing).
- Able to handle freedom and responsibility, and passionate about contributing to a great working environment.
- Able to handle uncertainty and chaos
- Capable of working independently, yet possess a team-player mindset. You take ownership of your projects and get things done.
- Motivated, positive, solution-focused, and inspiring.
- A very good proactive communicator.
- The right kind of difficult: you know when to push and when to deliver.
- Fluent in both Dutch OR French and English.
