Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
  • Customs Clearance:
Manage and ensure the smooth execution of customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Team Coordination:
Supervise and coach the warehouse team, ensuring they meet performance standards. Provide training and support to enhance team capabilities.
  • Inventory Management:
Ensure accurate inventory counting and reconciliation, maintaining high accuracy in stock levels and managing hold stocks efficiently.
  • Co-Packing Operations:
Oversee co-packing activities, ensuring timely completion with zero quality issues. Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of co-pack operations.
  • Cost & Budget Control:
Monitor warehouse operational costs to ensure they remain within budget. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • 3PL Coordination (Preferred):
If applicable, oversee the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Reporting & KPIs:
Provide accurate and timely reports on warehouse operations, tracking KPIs, and highlighting any deviations for corrective action.
  • Process Improvement & Lean Management:
Identify inefficiencies in warehouse processes and lead initiatives for continuous improvement using Lean management principles.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in customs clearance procedures is required.
  • Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: BD400.000 - BD550.000 per month
