Trade Finance Officer - Bahraini
Responsibilities:
Client Service
- Logging team requests in HOBART tracking tool.
- Monitoring and resolving client trade requests.
- Escalating requests to required departments.
- Maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Collaborating on beneficial operational solutions.
- Manage client communication and knowledge banking matters.
- Participate in promotional activities of banking products.
- Adhere to department procedures and SOP’s.
- Log incidents and customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Middle office operations team.
- Deliver high-quality, efficient production.
- Manage timelines and deadlines.
- Collaborate with Back-Office/Business/Branch Ops/ for quick resolution.
Support ad hoc requests and projects.
Education:
- Mandatory education: Graduation/Master in Banking/Finance.
Experiences and Skills:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- General knowledge of banking activities.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Independence ability.
