Job for Bahraini Nationals, BSC of Chemistry / Biochemistry / Polymers / Materials graduate Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment for plastic additives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including plastic manufacturers, compounders, and end-users, by providing technical support and solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and trials to showcase the value of plastic additives and address customer needs. - Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. - Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback. - Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing any technical issues. - Collaborate closely with the Technical manager to understand product capabilities and effectively communicate technical benefits to customers. - Provide technical support and guidance on the selection, application, and optimization of plastic additives to internal teams and customers. - Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and guidelines related to plastic additives, ensuring products comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations (e.g., REACH, FDA, Ro HS). - Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, including safety data sheets (SDS), technical data sheets, and compliance reports. - Support regulatory submissions and responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies and customers.
