We are currently looking for an experienced salesman to join our team and drive sales in Saudi Arabia. Position Overview: As an Experienced Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our metal casting products and services to prospective clients in Saudi Arabia. You will leverage your industry knowledge, established connections, and sales expertise to identify new business opportunities and strengthen our market presence. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in Saudi Arabia.
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Visit clients at their offices or on-site to observe product usage, measure dimensions, and gather technical specifications for recreating products at Meba.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Meba's offerings and capabilities.
Engage in technical discussions with clients to recommend suitable grades of metal and other materials based on product requirements and usage.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
Engineering degree.
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the metal casting, manufacturing, or related industries.
Minimum of 7 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia.
Strong understanding of metal products and casting processes is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
