Recruitment Coordinator
A Well Reputed company in Bahrain is looking for recruitment Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From BD700.000 per month
Experience:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Source candidates by using databases and social media
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
- Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
- Preferred females candidates only
- Salary BD.200-250
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From BD700.000 per month
Experience:
- sales and Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Driving License (Preferred)
