Job Opportunity For Two Wheeler Drivers (Flexi Visa only)

  • Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers' locations within designated timeframes.
  • Load and unload delivery items from the vehicle in a careful manner.
  • Verify order accuracy and collect payments from customers as required.
  • Navigate delivery routes using GPS or other navigation tools to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and parking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to management promptly.
  • Assist with additional duties in the restaurant as needed during slow periods like preparing Dough balls , Filling sauces , Unpacking items, cutting veggies , refilling the kitchen makeline , pizza box preparation , order taking from outside or over the phone.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • On-Time Delivery Rate: Percentage of deliveries made within the specified timeframe.
  • Order Accuracy: Accuracy of delivered orders compared to customer receipts.
  • Customer Satisfaction Score: Rating based on customer feedback and satisfaction with delivery service.
  • Safe Driving Record: Compliance with traffic laws and accident-free driving history.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Timely reporting of vehicle maintenance issues and adherence to maintenance schedules.
  • Cash Handling Accuracy: Accuracy in collecting payments and providing change to customers.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Evaluation of cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Consistency in attendance and punctuality for shifts.
