We’re looking for an HR Assistant to support to existing HR Team by providing assistance in various tasks including recruitment, selection, orientation, payroll, etc
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Supporting the HR team with recruitment by screening applicants, contacting candidates and scheduling interviews.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
Preparing HR documents including employment contract, salary certificates, expierence certificates.
Onboarding new hires to the company.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HRM or studying toward a degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Effective communication skills
