Your day to day Job Description: As the Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the hotel's revenue and profitability through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and analysis of market trends. You will collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of revenue management strategies. Key Responsibilities: oDevelop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and market share. oAnalyze market trends, competitive set performance, and demand patterns to make informed pricing and inventory decisions. oMonitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions and occupancy forecasts. oCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and packages. oPrepare and present revenue forecast reports and performance analysis to the management team. oUtilize revenue management systems and tools, including IHG systems, to optimize pricing and inventory distribution across all revenue channels. oConduct regular reviews of pricing and distribution channels to ensure optimal performance. oTrain and mentor colleagues on revenue management principles and best practices. What we need from you Qualifications: oBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. oMinimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management or a related role within the hospitality industry. oFamiliarity with IHG systems and revenue channels is essential. oStrong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and tools. oProven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets. oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. oAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
