Maintain documentation of quality control procedures, inspection forms, and audits.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production and storage processes, including.
sensory tests, weight checks, temperature monitoring, etc.
Monitor production lines to ensure consistent quality standards are maintained.
Implement and monitor food safety programs such as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.
(HACCP) or Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
Conduct risk assessments and enforce corrective actions when safety or quality issues arise.
Conduct microbiological, chemical, and physical tests on food products.
Analyze test results and maintain accurate records of test findings and corrective actions taken when deviations occur.
Record and report all inspection findings, including any deviations from standards, along with recommendations for corrective action.
Maintain accurate documentation related to production, quality control measures, and compliance.
Train production staff on quality standards, food safety practices, and proper hygiene.
Supervise workers to ensure proper procedures are followed in all aspects of food handling and processing.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality.
Implement corrective actions and report trends in customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
