This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a large kitchen with a dedicated team of 80 staff, managing signature restaurants, all-day dining, a lobby lounge, room service, and functions for up to 1,000 guests. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences across multiple outlets. Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, special events, and culinary innovations that reflect the brand’s identity. Maintain inventory control, food safety standards, and hygiene practices in accordance with industry regulations. Support in managing kitchen schedules and ensuring efficient staffing levels to meet operational demands. Participate in cost control initiatives and contribute to the overall profitability of the culinary operations. Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse kitchen team.
Comprehensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food trends, and safety regulations.
Experience in managing multiple dining outlets and catering for large events.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
