- Prepare and cook assigned dishes, following the standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in mise en place for daily operations (e.g., chopping, marinating, seasoning).
- Support the senior chefs in hot, cold, and other kitchen sections as required.
- Ensure all dishes meet the required standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Monitor and report any kitchen-related issues or equipment malfunctions to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards according to company policies and local regulations.
- Practice proper hygiene, maintain a clean work area, and follow kitchen safety protocols.
