Duties & Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner Assist customers with ticket purchases, changes, refunds, and will-call pickups Effectively communicate company policies and procedures Upsell customers on additional products and services when appropriate Process payments quickly and accurately Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift Stay up-to-date on all upcoming events and promotions Cross-train in other areas of the box office or front of house as needed Handle customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner Other duties as assigned Adhere to all company policies and procedures Maintain a positive and friendly attitude Required Skills and Qualifications should have IATA certificate High school diploma or equivalent 3 years experience should have ticketing agent Excellent communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications and ticketing software like Galileo Bilingual (English/Arabic) Ticketing Agent certification Job Type: Full-time Experience:
