Your territory
As part of our Customer Happiness team, you will:

Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges
Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving
Contribute to impactful projects and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Proactively identify and implement improvements to existing processes
Bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table
Collaborate closely with other agents during onboarding and upskilling
Share knowledge and expertise with the team
Maintain and update onboarding materials and resources
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile
Key requirements:

Ideally, experience with devices that use GPS and cell network to function
Experience with and knowledge of Apps and digital tools
Experience in customer service and preferably experience with ticket systems and/or Confluence
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly
Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
Very good English skills
Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH

Salary rangeJust so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Austrian law requires us to state the minimum gross salary according to collective agreement, which is €28,369 per year on a full-time basis. At Tractive, that means a 4-day workweek with a 3-day weekend.
