This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities
You will provide vital administrative support within the R&D - Product Group Controls in Austria, acting as a point of contact for enquiries, initiating actions and assisting with resolution. Performing a variety of complex administrative activities, you will be instrumental in the smooth running of processes and procedures within the business. Your responsibilities: • Supporting the development teams by creating the product changes. • Responsible for Product Group related SAP actions and SAP analysis. • Organization of sample orders for the bring up of our development teams. • Creation of controlling reports for the R&D investigations in Product Group Controls. • Implementing processes and initiating continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness • You will closely cooperate with our R&D to create and maintain new products and accelerate market adoption of existing products.Qualifications for the role
- Technical or economic degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel (Macro, Pivot)
- Experience with SAP advantageous
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, with good planning skills
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, along with a dynamic, can-do approach to tasks
- Basic German and English skills
