Internship in Digital Development - Energy Management (m/f/d)

This internship offers the opportunity to combine it with a Master's thesis at INNIO Digital.

- Work in the Data Science Team of the INNIO Digital organization on exciting Data Science and Software Development tasks with a strong focus on energy markets and INNIO's cloud-based my Plant software products
- Work on power plant optimization and simulations for the customers of our energy management solution
- Apply related software development standards, guidelines, design practices and legal instructions to design reliable and compliant products
- Bachelor / Master degree (ongoing or preferably completed) in Computer Science or related
- Working experience in machine learning model design, development and validation (Python, Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Sci Kit)
- Working experience in implementing Python applications and webservices (Dash, Flask, Fast API)
- Experience with Linear Programming / Optimization methodologies and solvers (MILP, CBC, Pyomo)
- Experience with databases (relational and/or No SQL)
- Experience in consuming REST and Graph QL APIs
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
