Service Product Manager (m/f/d)
Join our dynamic Product Management team at Jenbacher as Service Product Manager (m/f/d) and take on the exciting role of being responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Overhaul and Repair (O&R), Remanufacturing, Turbochargers and other product groups for all Jenbacher Service regions globally within our Industrial Service products portfolio. You will be the key player in developing the commercialization strategy for some of our most exciting product groups, orchestrating the collaboration between engineering, commercial, marketing and communication teams. You will define requirements, execute product development and coordinate all involved functions to achieve growth objectives and meet our customer and market needs.

Your Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute a customer centric strategy for defined product groups within Jenbacher Industrial Service products
- Own the commercialization strategy and pricing of the respective product groups
- Supervision of the commercial, technical and marketing aspects of the defined product groups
- Manage the KPIs for your product categories, both short-term and long-term
- Grow the Jenbacher Service business by understanding customer needs. Create new opportunities for both physical and digital products including a sustainable service product portfolio and “H2-readiness” for the existing fleet
- Drive the execution of service product development projects in all related functions to ensure best possible product success and profitability
- Be responsible for the overall cross functional execution and serialization (Engineering, Operations, Services and Sourcing)
- Define and execute the product development road map for service products
- Own and define product requirements, guided by customer and market feedback
- Work closely with the regional and global service teams and with Service Sales to further drive the integration of new products into the organization
- Participate in annual business budget planning
- Drive 100% compliance to maintain the highest level of integrity and ethics in all dealings with external customers, outside suppliers and the internal team
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in technical and/or business related area
- Substantial experience in large scale program/project management
- Proven track of successful managing/coordinating diverse, cross functional and multidisciplinary projects
- Experienced in product management and commercialization
- Strong strategic thinking to define future service market / products
- Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with team player mentality
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness and ability to travel (~5% of the time)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
