Company Description
Are you a creative and talented Head of Design with a passion for menswear and womenswear?Look no further! We are currently seeking a Design Manager to join our team and play a key role in the creation of our collections at Alpha Tauri.
Job Description
Creation of Menswear & WomenswearIn this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Global Head of Alpha Tauri to bring concepts to life and develop key product groups such as Outerwear and Woven. You'll also lead and manage a team of designers to ensure that our products align with our brand DNA, vision, and set targets.
Creating our Signature Product Collections
In this role, you'll be responsible for not only creating visually stunning designs but also ensuring that the technical specifications and functionality of each piece meet our high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life, from concept to production.
Lead the Design Team
Another responsibility of this role will be to guide and inspire our talented design team in bringing our brand vision to life. Your role will involve not just managing, but also leading the way in developing innovative products that speak to our brand DNA and exceed our set targets.
Innovation and Trends
We are looking for someone who is constantly looking for new trends and innovations to stay ahead in the fast-paced fashion industry. If you are a forward-thinker with a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Qualifications
At least 5 years senior level experience in the fashion industryAt least 3 years’ experience managing teams
Deep familiarity and industry knowledge of all product groups, fashion trends and functionality
Knowledge in creating, sourcing and developing procedures in the apparel industry
Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude
Advanced leadership & presentation skills
Knowledge in ADOBE CS and Microsoft office
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.605 gross per month.
