- Representation of the Front Office Manager
- Independent management of a shift
- Support with various projects from management
- Implementation of hotel and departmental standards
- Induction of new employees
- Looking after our hotel guests on site
- Check-in and check-out
- Cash desk management
- Various control activities
Correspondence in written and verbal form
What should you bring with you?
- Completed tourism training (apprenticeship, Matura, FH) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the hotel industry in the front office or reservation area
- Excellent knowledge of German and English (any other foreign language is an advantage)
- Friendly, well-groomed and confident appearance
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy dealing with our national and international guests
- High level of commitment and motivation

We offer a salary for this position based on the collective agreement for the catering and hotel industry in Tyrol. An overpayment is a matter of course for us with appropriate qualifications and will be agreed in a personal interview.
