The minimum salary for the position as Front Office Employee (m/f/d) is EUR 2,000,00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.

What You Bring:
- Experience in the position is advantageous but not mandatory
- You are enthusiastic about working with our international guests
- You are characterized by independent work, flexibility, and resilience
- German and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Any additional foreign language is advantageous
- You are responsible for taking care of our international guests
- Handling bookings and inquiries
- You are available to our guests for questions and information
- In addition to cash handling and the preparation of daily closing reports, billing and complaint processing are also part of your duties
- You communicate with other departments in the hotel and provide all necessary information
- You support breakfast service
- You support the housekeeping department in the check-in and check-out process
- Cross-departmental collaboration
- Net salary between 1,600 and 1,750 € per month, overpayment based on qualification
- Annual employment, 5 days | 40 hours per week
