What You Bring:
The minimum salary for the position as Front Office Employee (m/f/d) is EUR 2,390,00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.

On behalf of our client, a 4* Hotel in Hinterglemm, Salzburg, Austria we are looking for a Front Office Employee (m/f/d)!
What You Bring:
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training in hotel management
- You already have relevant professional experience in a comparable position with at least 2 years of front office experience
- You are passionate about working with our international guests
- You are characterized by independent work, flexibility, and resilience
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
- Any additional foreign language skills are advantageous
- You are responsible for taking care of our international guests
- Conducting check-in & check-out procedures
- Handling bookings & inquiries
- You are available to our guests for questions and information
- Invoicing and dealing with complaints are part of your responsibilities, as well as cashier duties and preparing daily reports
- You communicate with other departments in the hotel and pass on all necessary information
- Ongoing inspection of units before and after guest arrivals
- Net salary between 1,800 and 1,900 € per month, overpayment depending on qualifications possible
