About the role

You are the point of contact for any problems in our ERP system and try to solve them independently
With your organizational skills you coordinate tickets in 2nd and 3rd level support
Your helpful nature and your communication skills help you in correspondence with colleagues
When analyzing errors you can use your analytical skills
As you proactively keep yourself informed about news in the Microsoft world world, you support the team in the internal maintenance of the knowledge transfer

About you

Completed IT education
2-3 years professional experience in ERP environment, ideally in the support Area
ERP knowledge (e.g.: Microsoft AX, NAV, D365 FSCM-F&O or similar) is an advantage
Good command of English
Independent and proactive way of working
Enthusiasm for customer support with high solution and service orientation
Very good communication skills and team player
