Digital Marketing Communications – Content & Campaign Manager (f/m/div)
You are a marketing communications expert, and you know how to establish lasting relationships and networks with colleagues and clients. Being part of cross-disciplinary teams of content providers, content creators and content disseminators, you anticipate even the future needs of our customers and engage them with Infineon. In your daily work, you remain aware of the big picture, even in complex situations. This allows you to make the right decisions despite uncertain circumstances. You can focus your creativity and knowledge on producing results with tangible value both, - for our customers and Infineon.
We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is limited until 31.03.2026 as a maternity replacement and is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of 3.665,31 € (gross) per month. The salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
In your new job you will:
- Coordinate and drive communication activities related to the market introduction of new products according to our corporate process
- Plan, design and develop marketing communication materials (customer presentations, brochures, webinars, events,...) and tailor it to the desired (digital) communication channel requirements.
- Be part of positioning, lead and demand generation campaigns following our agreed marketing communication strategy, working closely with Product, Application and Technical Marketing to create compelling content and our channel experts to explore and exploit different (digital) channels
- Track, analyze and interpret the results of all the campaign activities and if needed, take clear actions to improve the results further
- Act as the quality gate for Business Line content – and hence apply guidelines and processes to ensure the timely delivery of content and compliance to Infineon quality standards
- Ensure and implement regular updates of all marketing communication materials in alignment with Product/ Application management
You demonstrate strong communications and multi-tasking skills. Paired with your business sense and passion for high-tech (semiconductor) solutions you are able to design and implement compelling communication strategies and campaigns laveraging the potential of Digital Marketing. You enjoy working in a competitive and international environment. With a significant number of interfaces being located in the US and Asia, working across time zones is fun for you!
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in either Communications/Media Science , Marketing or Engineering
- Experience in marketing communications , ideally in a high-tech company
- Profound experience in content development and production , ideally in creating and editing technical promotion material
- Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Working knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Adobe)
- Profound organizational and project management skills
- Excellent English skills and readiness to work in an international environment across time zones
