Senior Specialist System Engineering (f/m/div)

In your new role you will:
- Optimize and maintain the performance and stability of our software applications for wafer manufacturing, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime
- Develop and implement automation scripts using Power Shell, Bash, or Perl
- Implement and maintain Dev Ops practices , including continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous monitoring
- Drive the deployment of cloud-based applications using Open Shift and Kubernetes, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure
- Configure and manage cloud-based environments to meet business requirements, ensuring high availability and scalability
- Provide second-level application support , resolving incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call service , providing timely support and resolution to critical incidents and issues
- Work closely with global teams using Agile methodologies to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and provide training and support as needed

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
- At least 3 to 5 years of work experience
- Solid experience with cloud technologies (Open Shift, Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting language skills (e.g. Power Shell, Bash, Perl)
- Basic database knowledge (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL)
- Knowledge of software development processes , source configuration management and CI/CD management (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Git)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux Server
- Very good communication skills in German and English
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G ( https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf ). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
