All Export markets (GER, IT, US, CAN etc.)
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for our products in all our export markets (thereof Germany, Italy, Cheque Republic, US, Canada etc.), taking into account the brand image goals as well as sales and profitability targets
Marketing budget responsibility for the respective export markets with marketing budget investments
Conception, handling and implementation of communication and promotional initiatives to drive sell-out (e.g., tastings, samplings, couponings, etc.) and development of Po S materials (e.g., recipe booklets, crowners or other communication materials)
Management of the Instagram channels (e.g., darbo_official_it) and of social media/digital activities in general
Responsibility for product launches and revisions in the respective export markets, creation of label mutations (preparation, translation of texts, coordination with customers and the legal, graphics, marketing, export and purchasing departments) and monitoring of the entire process
Preparation of various print materials for the B2C and B2B areas and sales documents for customers
Close collaboration with our distributors in the respective export markets, and our internal colleagues from the sales, graphic, purchasing and supply chain departments
Ongoing competitor and customer analyses, diverse research activities (online & offline) and proactive identification of growth potential
Processing and preparation of general inquiries
Administrative activities and support for the CMO
What excites us:
A passion for our brand and products – combined with a degree in business administration/ economics
(or equivalent) with a focus on marketing (university, university of applied sciences, etc.)
First professional experience in brand management (ideally in the FMCG sector, but not a must)
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
Initiative, strong communication skills and an eye for detail
Team player & organizational talent with a structured, independent way of working
Strong project management skills and experience in leading projects successfully (stakeholder management, meeting deadlines, etc.)
Very good language (and presentation) skills in German and English (German mother tongue preferred), good Italian and/ or French language skills are a plus, but not a must)
Proficiency in MS Office
