What this opportunity involves:
JLL is seeking a passionate Workplace Coordinator to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in North Sydney. You'll contribute to the delivery of onsite workplace services at our global, technologies client HQ at 1 Denison, partnering with clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Overview of the role:
Assist with operational activities in accounting, maintenance, vendor oversight, purchasing, and occupancy services
Manage customer relationships and meet contract KPIs
Oversee vendor management and procurement processes
Monitor site financial operations and budgets
Coordinate maintenance activities and asset management
Assist with projects and capital planning
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and risk management

Prior experience in hospitality, events or facility management
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Adaptability to new technologies and applications
