THE OPPORTUNITY Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions (KCS)
is seeking a Warehouse Administration Officer to provide efficient administrative support to the warehouse dispatch department. This includes (but is not limited to) receiving, issuing, and dispatching stock, and handling communication between internal and external stakeholders of Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions (KCS).
This position will be based at our Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions facility inBells Creek, Caloundra.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing and compiling dispatch documentation.
Timely completion of Meat Transfer Certificates (MTC’s) & Seal books (Australian Government Issued).
Maintain and enter daily manning requirements, attendance and payroll assistance.
Efficient and accurate data entry into Microsoft AX.
Work with the Supervisors to ensure all compliance requirements are completed on time.
Ensure an efficient and professional flow of information to all internal and external stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience within a cold stores and/or logistics environment would be highly regarded.
Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.
Advanced Excel skills.
Competent data entry skills and proven experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook & Word.
Team player with organizational skills to prioritise multiple tasks to achieve deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, displaying flexibly to meet changing needs, priorities, and deadlines.
A team player who builds effective internal relationships.
Microsoft AX experience desirable but not essential.
