Position Overview: We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator with strong interpersonal skills to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a critical role in the efficient operation of a warehouse, ensuring that inventory is properly managed, shipments are prepared and dispatched accurately, and warehouse procedures run smoothly.
The Role: Warehouse Coordinator

Keep precise inventory records and conduct regular stock takes.
Ensure that all orders are dispatched daily.
Prep boxes and and packing materials for orders.
Pick and pack online and wholesale orders.
Track stock levels and manage the reordering of supplies as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
Collaborate with the quality control coordinator to guarantee accurate order fulfilment.
Oversee the receipt of incoming stock and manage delivery logistics.

Previous Experience:

Previous warehouse experience is required, preferably in an ecommerce brand.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
