THE OPPORTUNITY Location: Bells Creek, Caloundra
We have an exciting opportunity for a Factory Systems Coordinator to join our Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions team in Bells Creek. This role will maintain effective and accurate production management in the site ERP system and provide operational support for all production order processing, ERP process training and compliance, generation and maintenance of label formats and ERP bill of materials.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Effective data management within the ERP system - this includes but is not limited to bill of materials, production routes, yields and intercompany transfers.
Ensuring production orders are closed out daily and any errors are investigated and rectified in a timely manner.
Assist with new product creation in factory systems, including cost of conversion information.
Ensure any label data changes are implemented in the production labelling systems and output information on the production floor is verified with commercial and quality.
Provide training to new users of the ERP system as required.
Escalate any necessary changes or data errors to the right audience in a timely manner.
Drive process change and accountability to ensure system efficiency.
ABOUT YOU
Experience in Microsoft AX or similar ERP software is essential.
Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and data management.
Proficiency in IT solutions and labelling systems an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
